1. How to request deletion
To request the deletion of your MaskAI account and the associated personal data, email support@maskai.co from the email address linked to your account.
In the subject line, write: Data deletion request
2. What happens after your request
- We will verify the request to confirm it was made by the account holder.
- Your account and associated data will be handled in accordance with the MaskAI Privacy Policy.
- Data that must be kept for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes or regulatory compliance may be retained only for the applicable period.
- Other data eligible for deletion will be deleted or anonymized, as applicable.
3. Support conversation data
Support-related data may be subject to retention periods required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data eligible for deletion will be removed or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
